Click on the left to see how you can ask your customers to share their love for your brand on G2!
Net Promoter Score® is a customer loyalty metric that lets you understand what your audience thinks (and, likely, says) about your brand.
The NPS survey asks a simple question on a 0-10 scale. Anyone who answers between 0 and 6 (aka detractors) is considered a source of bad PR, while respondents who provide a score of 9 or 10 (promoters) would likely recommend your brand in a heartbeat.
NPS is the most prolific customer satisfaction metric among the B2B crowd, however, very few businesses realize that they can leverage it for G2 reviews.
Why not take advantage of the positive NPS responses and ask your promoters to share their love on G2?
Firstly, a bit about NPS surveys themselves. Believe us when we say this – NPS® is no marketing gimmick.
Along with CSAT survey, it’s one of the most effective customer experience metrics.
NPS surveys note high response rates, and they’re quick and easy to complete. Also, as the feedback you collect is numerical, it can be analyzed within seconds.
The best part? If you find out that a customer loves your brand, you automatically ask them to review you on G2!
It’s amazing how many customers are responding to our surveys. For every dollar we spend on a Survicate subscription, we generate about $25 in additional revenue.

Sometimes, apart from the NPS result itself, you’ll also want to uncover the “why” behind certain responses. This might be especially important if you want to know how to improve to get a better NPS score next time around.
This G2 Reviews NPS® survey template will not only let you ask your promoters for a G2 review, but will also let you learn how you can become better in the eyes of neutrals and detractors.
Think – learning why you’ve been evaluated poorly, or what your promoters love the most. That’s a whole wealth of insights to collect!
Once you’ve collected your responses, you can easily analyze your NPS score and track changes over time. You can use our built-in analytics tool to quickly visualize results, or export data to your favourite external tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
