She has managed marketing for global brands such as Uber and GetResponse, as well as fast-scaling tech startups. With a background in data-driven lifecycle marketing and a master’s degree in qualitative methods in economics, Ola combines analytical expertise with scalable, automation-focused execution. She also holds executive education from Harvard and a data science MA from Warsaw, which shaped her data-first approach to marketing. Beyond Survicate, Ola advises European tech scaleups. An amateur climber, mother of two daughters, and advocate of remote-first culture, she brings passion for challenge and balance into both business and life.
