DPDPA Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how Survicate S.A. collects, processes, and protects personal data. It applies to our services globally and incorporates jurisdiction-specific requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) for users located in India.

We aim to respond to all concerns or complaints within time limits required by applicable law.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • -Responses provided through our services (e.g. survey answers)


We do not collect personal data of individuals under 18 years of age.

We retain your personal data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice or as required by applicable law. Data associated with an account is retained during account activity and then archived for legal or compliance purposes.

We share your data with trusted third parties who help us deliver our services. A full list of processors and services is available here. Some of these recipients may be located outside your country, including the United States and the European Economic Area.


India-Specific Note: Data may be transferred outside India except to countries designated as restricted under DPDPA.
